The concept "Living PSO"! developed by IPM Müller and Resing GmbH combines training, advice and award-winning software into a customised and practice-oriented concept for the avoidance of errors, production control and quality assurance in printing production.

The benefits of Process Standard Offset and other ISO certifications for the control of Management and processes don't just stop once the certificate has been hung on the wall! Quite the opposite: The concept behind certification measures is to deliver quality and reproducible results in a reliable manner. In this way not only errors but also spoilage, doubled work and costs are substantially reduced. However, in order to achieve these errors it is necessary for lessons learned in the certification process also to be implemented in daily working life. The new Living PSO! concept by IPM Müller and Resing GmbH supports this aim.

One of the three pillars behind the concept is the excellent PrintProcessControl-Software, which has been awarded with an Innovation prize by the German printing industry. This program creates additional opportunities for overview and control along the entire process chain. The further qualification of employees as necessary and the introduction and control of standardised production processes form the other two pillars.

Living PSO! thereby ensures that production runs at a high standard and remains consistently controllable and transparent. The regular external inspections mean that sustainability is guaranteed in the production process.
